Techniart attaches particular importance to respecting the privacy of people using our website and all applications and services available through it (hereinafter: "Portal", "Website"). Who is the administrator of the User's data?

What kind of information about the User do we collect, for what purposes and on what legal basis?
The use of Techniart services will require certain information to be provided. This information may include, among others, name and surname, address, date of birth, contact details, payment details, as well as other necessary information, in particular required by applicable law. From time to time, we may also require further information to improve our services. We obtain most of the information directly from you through applications or other forms, as well as by keeping records of the information you provide to us in the course of ongoing services for our clients.
Personal data will be processed for purposes related to the conclusion or performance of contracts and the provision of services, such as maintaining the User's account, processing orders, contact related to the performance of the contract, as well as sending marketing information (including the newsletter), as well as for the purpose of marketing products and services offered by Techniart in accordance with the EU Regulation 2016/679 and the Personal Data Protection Act. Users' data will also be processed by us for the purpose of handling electronic payments, including transferred to entities handling these payments.
Who do we share Users' personal data with?
Techniart may share Users' personal data with cooperating entities, i.e. companies owned or controlled by Techniart or which are under joint control with Techniart or are in constant cooperation with Techniart (banks, investment firms, auditors, companies providing other services financial, IT, consulting or courier companies).

Right to object to the use of data

Art. 15 of the GDPR provides that the User has the right to obtain confirmation from Techniart as to whether his personal data is being processed. If this is the case, the User has the right to access their personal data, including information, inter alia, about the purposes of processing, categories of personal data processed, the planned period of data storage or the criteria for determining this period, about the rights of the User under the GDPR and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In addition, the User has the right to receive a copy of any personal data held by Techniart about him and to inform Techniart of any inaccuracies noticed. However, there are exceptions in this respect. The user may at any time request that Techniart have his data changed or deleted immediately. In accordance with the instruction, we will change, correct or delete personal data from our database, except to the extent to which we are obliged to store them under regulations or provisions of law in order to provide the user with the services requested by us or to provide appropriate services. business registers. If the User requests us to exercise any of the above-mentioned rights, we either meet this request or refuse to comply with it immediately, but no later than within one month from the date of its receipt. In the event that we will not be able to meet the User's request within a month due to the complexity of the request or the number of requests received, we will meet them within the next two months.
